Q. I don't live in the U.S. or Canada. Can I place an order?

 

A. We apologize, but due to many issues with international shipping outside the U.S. and Canada, you cannot. Exceptions include U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Department of Defense supported school systems around the world.


Q. I have an APO/FPO Address. Can I place an order?

 

A. Yes absolutely. Simply use your standard APO/FPO shipping and billing address, select country U.S. and state AP.


Q. Do you accept COD on the website?

 

A. At this time, we do not process COD orders on the website.


Q. I have a Cyclone Hobbies/Sound Ideas Gift Card. Can I use it on the website?

 

A. Yes absolutely.


Q. I want to ship my order to my work or other address. Can I do this?

 

A. For your protection and ours, orders must be shipped to the address that matches the billing address on the credit card you are using. If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address you must contact your credit card company by calling the 800 number on the back of your card, and ask them to add the ship to address to your account. Q. I've placed an order and want to know the status of the items I ordered. How do I do this?

 

A. To check the status of your order, please check your email. As the order processes, you will receive emails that contain notifications and tracking numbers.
